ABOUT SEPIDEH
Helping executives make the changes needed to seize existing opportunities, leverage on capabilities, overcome challenges faced and win, has always been Sepideh’s s objective.

I have had the pleasure of being coached by Sepideh on both a personal and professional level over a number of one to one sessions.
Coming into the sessions I had with her, I was experiencing issues with time management, feeling undervalued at work and at times overwhelmed with the challenges facing me and I was resigned to the perception that whatever I tried nothing worked.
Her common-sense approach and caring nature helped me firstly to prioritise what was important in my life and then develop strategies to organise my time, understand how I could deal with situations differently and ultimately cope with whatever came my way.
